A NYT article discusses the skin on stress and suggests useful “remedies” like crying. Yes! And don’t ask me to provide the link. I agree that these are tough times, and I am sure I am stressed from my toes up to my hair. But, personally, I don’t think crying helps. I much prefer to watch Poirot, Pride and Prejudice, and other TV programs that I know end well. What else do I suggest for your “skin on stress”?
