Anti-fatigue cosmetics will not make up for lack of sleep. A concealer could help hide the deep shadows under your eyes but otherwise, what on earth are anti-fatigue cosmetics? L’Oreal Paris Men Expert Hydra Energetic Anti-Fatigue 24H Daily Moisturizer Water, Glycerin, Alcohol Denat., Isohexadecane, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ammonium Polyacryldimethyltauramide / Ammonium Polyacryloyldimethyl Taurate, Mentha Piperita Extract / Peppermint Leaf Extract, Peg/Ppg-18/18 Dimethicone, Hdi/Trimethylol Hexyllactone Crosspolymer, Dimethicone, Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate, Caffeine, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Hydroxide, Magnesium Pca, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Isopropyl Myristate, Caprylyl Glycol, Menthol, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Ci 19140 / Yellow 5, Ci 42090 / Blue 1, Linalool, Limonene, Parfum / Fragrance. We are (or should be) familiar with adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy currency of life. But you need more than ATP to build a cell, you also need reducing power. To build molecules and cells, plants can start from carbon dioxide and water, because plants can do photosynthesis, i.e. they can make organic matter from the “the air” (plus minerals from the soil). We humans, start with simple organic molecules like glucose and have the enzymes to transform them into proteins, DNA, carbohydrates that we need (exception “essential” amino acids, essential fatty acids, vitamins) but we use a lot of energy in the form of ATP and what is called…

In short, life (LIFE) is complicated. Your skin is alive. Below the few layers of dead cells in the epidermis, perfectly designed for the tough job of protecting your body from pollution and damage, is the basal cell layer. Here is your stem cells…

In my opinion, mitochondria, antioxidants, and protection from UV are the keys to keeping skin healthy for the many years our skin has to do its job. In other words, the need to protect skin from UV and strong oxidants, and to protect the integrity of mitochondria is NOT age specific. It is not practical to have several mitochondria creams to target different ages. It is easier to formulate the best possible mitochondria cream (Revitalizing Night Cream) and “layer” products to complement its action. For example, a woman of 50 may wish to layer Anti-Aging Cream on top of Revitalizing Night Cream and/or Collagen Serum. Let me explain why mitochondria…
