Some women are so accustomed to wearing makeup that they may feel unable to start the day without it. It is important that they understand that makeup is not good for skin health and, for this reason, it should be removed completely at the end of the day. How come men are not expected to wear makeup? No. Hair is dead protein, there are no live cells that can produce (or use) energy. This does not mean that you can’t do something for your hair. 1) Wash. Why? Because we like to smell nice and look nice! Not washing your hair will not make it stay longer or grow faster, and it will look horrible. Try, however, to avoid fragrances and strong detergents, because they will irritate your scalp and affect the quality of the hair the scalp is making. 2) Condition. We don’t think about the value of our eyebrows until something goes wrong with them. This may happen as early as the teens, when we discover tweezers and decide that they can improve upon Nature (they can’t). By the time we are in our 20s, we may realize our mistakes and start using whatever is around to try and get back the lovely eyebrows we used to have. Not long ago, the only options to choose from were brow pencil, permanent tattoos, glued-on fake eyebrows, etc. Not only do they look fake (because they are), but they also weaken the remaining eyebrows.
