Less is more: what products you need and what you can live without
Below, I suggest two products (or one) for each type of skin or skin problem. This does not mean that adding some other products wouldn’t help, but the two I suggest should help a lot. This is also a good step toward a good environmental attitude: don’t waste. Have the products on hand so that you remember to use them.
Acne: Salicylic Cleanser, Zit Ender
Sensitive skin: Stop everything (especially make-up, salts, bubble baths, and acid peels). Do use Every lipid serum, it will help repair the skin barrier and “hide” the pain receptors from the harsh environment. Try Ultra Calming cream. And have a good look at your “skincare regime”, they are often a sure way to erode the skin barrier.
Oily skin with a tendency to acne: T-zone, Daily cleansing gel
Aging skin (starting at 20+): sunscreen, Collagen serum
Aged skin (wrinkles, decoloration): Age-defying cream, Vitamin A cream
Eczema: avoid make-up, baths, bubble baths, hot water. Try Ultra Calming cream, Every lipid serum
Dry skin: Gentle cream cleanser, Every lipid serum
Hair loss: Hair care serum, Every lipid serum
Eyelash and eyebrows loss: leave eyebrows and eyelashes alone, forget about using any adhesives and makeup that blocks pores. Do use Brow and eyelash serum,
Eye area (thin skin, etc.) Triple-correction-eye-cream, Every lipid serum
Irritated skin: avoid makeup, fragrances, etc. Try Every lipid serum, Ultra Calming cream.
Broken capillaries, bruising. Every lipid serum, Capillary Health Cream
